ProxiTok discontinued

Our ProxiTok instance has been in a half-broken state for a while now and the development of ProxiTok in general seems to have stalled.

While the instance could probably be saved with a bit of TLC, it’s mostly just bots that have an interest in it and TikTok has always been cancer.

Based on this we have decided to discontinue proxitok.pufe.org effective immediately.
