About

pufe.org is a non-commercial hobby project dedicated to hosting free software and services. The focus is on alternative front-ends that enhance user privacy and help facilitate access to information.

This is a self-hosted server located in New Zealand and will perform best for users in the Asia-Pacific region.

The front-ends hosted on pufe.org merely act as a proxy to access content on the original platform without tracking. Thus, all content is proxied from the platform itself and not hosted on this website.

All front-ends are hosted using their original, unmodified source code made available on official repositories:

LibreX gives you results from Google, Brave, Qwant, Ahmia and popular torrent sites without spying on you.

Invidious is an alternative front-end to YouTube.

Libreddit hopes to provide an easier way to browse Reddit, without the ads, trackers, and bloat.

A free and open source alternative Twitter front-end focused on privacy and performance.

Open source alternative frontend for TikTok made using PHP.

A free open source alternative Wikipedia front-end focused on privacy.

Quetre is an alternative front-end to Quora. It enables you to see answers without ads, trackers, and other such bloat.
